Residential Rates
*The rates we charge are controlled by the governmental entity
serving your residence. We serve customers in unincorporated
Washington County, Beaverton, and Portland. Please select
your jurisdiction. (It's not necessarily the city in your
address, it's the city or jurisdiction you pay taxes to! Many people in our area have a Portland address but actually live in unincorporated Washington County.) Recycling is included in all these rates.
Portland's new compost recycling and other garbage information is available here: http://www.portlandonline.com/bps/index.cfm?c=41464&
RATE INCREASE: Effective July 1, 2011 Portland and Unincorporated Washington County rates have risen.
We would like to inform you of new garbage and recycling collection rates that will go into effect July 1, 2011. These rate increases are due to increased costs for garbage disposal, for yard debris recycling and to other inflationary costs associated with providing collection service. These collection rates were last increased in 2010. The Washington County Board of Commissioners approved the rates on June 28, 2011.
Rollcarts
Walker Garbage can provide you with a garbage rollcart if you prefer not to use your own containers. These sturdy carts have attached lids that can't blow away, and are relatively easy to maneuver. They come in 35-gallon, 60-gallon and 90-gallon sizes. Rates below. You may use the Change of Service form to request delivery of a cart—it will probably be left for you on your next collection day.
The
largest portion of our service area is in unincorporated
Washington County and we have included those rates below. Unincorporated
